Soaked sadness
This is what I look like after an early morning walk in a thunderstorm. Lovely, eh? I sat and stayed with towels wrapped around me like a good boy. I didn't like one minute of it, but I did it.

Littlest dog in the lineup
Today, I lost a friend. The littlest dog in this lineup, Calie. She was a wise, old friend that kept me in line when I was too much of a pup. She has passed and I will definitely miss her.

Lunchtime errands
We went to wash the car, but I thought we were going to get Rowan so I
didn't want to get out of the car.

Easter trip to the farm
I love going to the farm. LOVE IT! I helped Gramps till some dirt in the garden. He tilled while I sprinted back and forth in it like a crazy dog. If you haven't ever kicked it with some fluffy dirt, you really should try it sometime. The dirt mixed with my damp fur and turned into dreadlocks so we had to take a trip down the road to the pond for a bath. I fetched sticks and washed my hair in the pond simultaneously. Pepper went with, but she didn't get in the water. I can't figure her out. She smells like she needs a bath.
The real fun happened on Sunday. Pepper and I went turkey hunting with mom's nephews for quite awhile. As sun was setting, I heard a roaring sound. I was happy to see my mom racing over the field on a four wheeler. She acted like she didn't know where we were. Geesh. I thought Pepper had told her where we were going, but I guess not. I just followed mom's nephews and Pepper across the field and didn't even think to tell her where we were going. Apparently, it was time to leave the farm so I got to sprint a mile home next to a four wheeler with Pepper, but Pepper couldn't keep up. That was a lot of running!
No worries though, I am back in my city house asleep on my pillow sans the turkey.
