Snow day

Today is a snow day. I love snow days. We took an epic walk on campus and as we were running across Iowa Street I heard a squeak. My human had brought the squeaky ball in her bag and it was bouncing on her back. This made me dance a jig in the middle of Iowa Street and then my human yelled that we had to hurry. Those cars would have stopped. Here's some photos from the walk! Oh! And you know what else? I've been told I'm getting a new bed! A Casper bed. I wonder if that will be like sleeping on a ghost.

Happy Birthday to me!

I turned SEVEN today and I am proud to say I have not a gray hair on my head yet and no, my mom does NOT dye my facial hair. She does attack me regularly with scissors to trim errant hairs, but she does not use dye on me. I have always been a good boy, but I must say, I am really blossoming into the middle-aged years. I refuse to call myself older than that and I know my mom shares the same sentiment.

Today, we went on a special birthday run early in the morning and my mom let me have a few extra long sniffs at various points along the way. We also skated across an icy patch in the street and I did so ever so eloquently without falling as you might imagine an old man dog would do. Then we got to go to the pet store and have some sniffs and a TREAT! Wahoo for birthdays!

Cheers to another SEVEN years!

It's ball day

My favorite balls are on sale! My mom ordered me some new ones as mine have all been placed somewhere special or eaten up by yours truly. They arrived today and I knew immediately what was in the box!

One happy dog

This week, a box arrived at our house. I knew immediately what was inside and made it known the box needed to be opened! I found three new balls inside and the best part is...they sound like marmots squeaking in the mountains. Mom only let me have this one. I'm still search for the other two balls.

Who's coming?!

Did you say the President is coming? When? Wahoo, I'm excited!!! Wait, who is that? It doesn't matter if he knows me, he will love me.

Seeking asylum on the hill

I promise this is not what it looks like. I'm really quite normal. I do not need to go to the hospital. I just need to avoid bright, vibrating colors in the future.

Have a ball.

Really, you should try one sometime. Squeaky balls are the best.

Multitasking

This is as it seems, but it could be considered multitasking.
