This a.m.'s walk

Good morning!

Today, on our early morning walk, I was approached by a fearless black cat. No fear whatsoever. Sort of like Stanley (the cat) at Sunflower bike shop. This cat came right up to my face meowing the whole way and I tried to stand my ground, but I was jumpy. My mom was nervous that I would kill the cat, but I was too scared to think of doing that. Then the cat started to twitch it's tail so I wagged mine. I think our tail movements meant two different things though. We moved on down the sidewalk after the tail twitching began.

Basketballs are scary

This morning, I confronted a basketball on campus. I must inform you that I was very brave! I was scared and approached it really, really nervously and slowly and my mom had to coax me to approach it. I thought maybe it was a cat or an alien or a maybe a ROBOT! Those things are so scary! After I sniffed it, I began to realize that it wasn't scary at all. I gave it a punch with my paw and it moved! That made me jump, but soon I was pawing at it, kicking it, biting it and then I carried it home.
