Today, I pulled a muy gordo (very fat) possum out from under our front stoop. It was big and warm with huge teeth, but it didn't move. I don't know why it would be warm if it were dead. Makes no sense to me. When I came back later, it was gone. So I will resume my watch, sitting on our back step, waiting for it. My nose will find it again. I just know it.
WOW - you are quite the hunter! Those pesky marsupials (I think they are marsupials) are sneaky but won't be back anytime soon with your watchful eyes!
